well, what you mentioned is what i usually do. also, if you hav a dog, when you clean ceramic tiles, don't use mr. clean those types of cleaning products to mop the floor. that is because dogs are attracted to the smell of it and will urinate in your floors more to mark their territories. i recomment washing you floor with water and a little bit of vinegar, at least only whehn your dog is young and doesn't know that pissing in the house isnt good, after he is trained then you can use regular cleaning products.
it is so humorous. there became a prank I performed on my sister while i became approximately 12 years previous. It became her that jogged my memory no longer too some time past. i bought liquid resin at the wal mart store (paint section) it can be bought by the quart or gallon (not sure about smaller containers). it is packaged with a hardener and must be mixed before use, instructions are included. i covered a mosaic tile piece my wife made and it came out really good for a first timer. good luck
