How does the de broglie wavelength equation apply to light? light has no mass, so how can it have a wavelength if ithas to satisfy the equation?
Light does not have mass but it does carry momentum i.e. when light impacts on mass, momentum is transferred. Look at Radiation Pressure of light from the Sun.
