Alright, I'm confused about this. People keep on telling me that lighting can strike the same place twice in rapid succession, but that doesn't make sense to me. When lightning hits, the place where it hit would be full of electrons, and until they disperse, lightning won't strike there again because there is no positive charge drawing the lightning downwards. I realize that eventually the electrons will disperse, or if there is a lightning rod or something similar, it can strike repetitively, but wouldn't it take some time if there wasn't a lightning rod?
UV blocking clear coat is a must unless you want to see the epoxy yellow and deteriorate rapidly. Two pack clear coat should be applied after fine sanding. Several coats are good.
