How do weighted wheels go up hill?
The wheels in this ad would have a heavy weight attached at the top of the wheel. After the wheel is nudged, the weight would be off to the side of the centre of balance, and it would roll over as the weight moved to the bottom. Try attaching a couple of coins or a magnet to the inside of a can and watch it roll.
They can move a maximum of half a turn.
