Loft Temperature: How to know if loft insulation is working?

we have a decent amount of insulation on the loft floorthere is no insulation on the loft ceilingOur boiler is also located in the loftDuring winter, the loft is pretty coldHowever, i am not sure if this affects the heating in the houseDo i need to invest in installing insulation on the loft celing? Or am i ok

I wouldn't recommend it because Apple's main focus on that computer was making every part of that computer universal, meaning it's just one part, so if something malfunctions in the one part, you will have to buy a whole new computer(To be more specific about one part, the computer is just one piece of metal that is the whole computer, not a separate graphics card, audio card, blah blah blah.)
