I'm writing a novel regarding a certain character's relapse with heroinHaving never done heroin in my life, I can not say that I have an accurate description of the drug beyond what I've learned onlineI'm looking for information on all of the following:-Would heroin stink up an elevator if I had it in my pocket, un-burned?-How hard does the high hit you when you relapse on heroin?-Some symptoms of heroin withdrawal-Some symptoms of heroin use-Various types of heroin AND their qualities-Different methods of 'using' heroinAnd any other information regarding heroin that one might find beneficial to a novel on suchI'd greatly appreciate any and all repliesTake your time, I've committed to no deadline!Thank you, Lyert
Trust me on this one , I have done it many timesFirst put a piece of masking tape down approxwhere you want to drill and make your mark on the tape where you want to drillUse a utility knife to cut the carpet so the strands of capet do not wrap around the drill bit causing a run in the carpetDrill the whole with a hammer drillIt is best for appearances to use the screw provided so you want to drill a hole big enough to accept a plastic anchor also probably provided with the kit, if not take the screw to the local hardware store and they can tell you what size of bit and anchor you needProbably 3/16 or possibly 1/4You do NOT need a Tapcon for this appHammer the plastic anchor into the hole, put your guide over it and insert screwGuaranteed!
Drilling Through Concrete Foundation
Slow speed hammer drill and a masonry bit.
Get a masonry drill bit that is slightly smaller than the screw and drill a pilot hole into the concreteIt is much easier if you use a drill with a hammer settingUse concrete anchor screws if possible, Tapcon is one possible brandDon't torque on the Tapcons too hard or they will break offIf the concrete screws are too big to fit through the guide bracket you can use a two part epoxy to anchor the screws into the concreteYou can find all kinds of easy to use epoxy at the local hardware storeBe advised if you do use epoxy make sure you get the guide in the correct place because it will be extremely hard to remove once the epoxy is set up.
