I had my boiler fixed a few months ago (lots of problems with plumber used) and afterwards it leaked water a couple of times but kept working but with much lower pressure than before. However last night I discovered that the left valve on the heated towel rail in the bathroom was leaking. I managed to stop this leaking but now the right hand side is leaking. Are the low pressure and the leak linked even though the pressure has been low for a couple of months already and the leak just appeared? Any suggestions how to fix it without getting another really expensive plumber out? I don't want to go back to the previous people as they were useless.
is the gauge that reads low pressure at the radiator or at the boiler. if its at the boiler, you can increase the pressure with the control valve. BUT!! this will increase the rate of leakage wherever you have them. 1. is this a hot water radiator system or is it a steam system? in old steam furnaces, the steam rose to the radiators, where it condensed and made the radiator hot. the condensed water then flowed down to the boiler and was reheated. 2. in hot water systems there is generally a pump that drives water throught the system. if the pump is old maybe it needs replacing. or it could be the pressure control valve that send water out to the radiators. wer
do no longer interfere which includes your boiler in case your no longer a qualified corgi engineer, in case you blow your place up the coverage won't pay out. connect British gasoline boiler coverage disguise they'll restoration the undertaking. Your top rate will in basic terms be slightly greater.
