I used to always just take a towel to the beach and lying on the beach. but I always wanted to have a beach chair so I could sit and watch the ocean,read and enjoy and relax.I bought a little beach chair a few days ago and love it. Just I don't have a car and have to carry it. It has a bag though but it must be carried anyway.My mother says I just threw some money away. I like it a lot but hearingwhat mom says and knowing that I have to carry it, I'm just thinking maybe I have only wasted my money. What do you think?
All depends on what you read while sitting in your chair.My boy has been reading since he was 5 or so and not is about to graduate from a University on the Deans list and on to Columbia going for a International Law Degree. We dream then we make it a reality. Why are people afraid to add their email ? I would have sent you a link to my boys travel journal when he was sixteen he wanted to travel one summer and I said fine if you cam=n afford it. He traveled to some 22 countries by himself and learned so much. Looking at the world thru the eyes of a 16 year old is quite interesting. You only waste your money if you don't use it. wisely. I worked on the closing ceremonies 84 Olympics for Linoel Richie and after a long day a few of us would go to the beach and watch the sun set over the ocean The wet sand, breeze, all the sounds and colors were rejuvenating If you look around while you are walking you can see some pretty interesting sights. You know some people only have seen a beach in pictures you get to live it.
I prefer the chair. I can sit up and see the water or recline and sleep. The surface of the chair is smooth instead of lumpy like the sand. My chair has a cup holder so I can put my drink in it and it doesn't get sand all over it. The chair is just much better overall. As long as you don't mind carrying the chair on the bus, it was not a waste of money.
