Question:

machines that use pneumatics or hydrolics?

I have to make a project for school basically what I need to do is make a machine that uses pneumatics ( air ) or hydrolics ( liquid ) it can be anything like an elevator lifting type device to a bridge but it has to use air or a fluid any ideas? like an example would be a door opener or a light swith on/off device

Answer:

You know those lifts that car mechanics uses in garages to lift up cars so they can do repairs underneath? Same principle using hydraulics.
Try adding a little liquid paraffin to the diet, which can help, or alternatively you can buy fibre supplements for pets in paste form which you can add to the dietYou can buy liquid paraffin on the internet or at a pharmacyAlso tey feeding lots of soaked dry food or sloppy wet food to see if that helpsVikki Halliday BVMS MRCVS Veterinary Director, Companion Care Stirling
Food that says it's specifically for indoor cats or like indoor formula is usually higher in fiber than the other kindsYou can also buy they live wheat grass from most grocery stores in the produce department and that will give them some extra fiber also, plus they LOVE it, just watch out when you first give it to them because some cats like it so much they will over eat and end up puking
Have you ever put catnip in their food? If the water is tap water; it should be left out for a couple of days to let any chemicals evaporateThey will then drink moreSome people say that cats don't naturally drink enough waterI have a cat that drinks ANY (non-tap) water available, and she will stand and drink almost endlesslyIf they're thirsty, they will drinkI think a steady diet of high fibre might provide some unpleasant results, for all of youMake sure you keep those litter boxes cleanedGood luck.
Try canned food or a flowing water fountainIf you are already feeding canned food try adding some extra water to itMany cats on a dry-food only diet are chronically dehydrated, which can lead to constipation.
