I can see firing someone for violating the dress code if they were talked to and refused to conform- so long as the standards were fairly enforced across the board. however, this employee wore the button in question for over a year, and without warning was fired for the button.
It is not an unfair punishment. You would also have been grounded in my house. I would have also found you a phone with no camera features. Do you know that damage you could have done if that made the web or gotten around. Shame on you.
When I was 18 years old, I walked into the kitchen and found my 20-year-old sister reading my diary aloud to my mother. You are lucky enough to live in a household run by an adult who lays down the law to protect the privacy of the younger members of the household. How fiercely do you want her to protect your own right to privacy? Slap on the wrist? No protection at all? Or a consequence the guilty party will actually feel as a punishment? From a legal point of view in the US, you can record people in an environment where they have no expectation of privacya basketball game, for example. People do not have the same right to record in a bathroom stall or in another person's bedroom when the door has been closed. These protections protect you, as well as your brother, your mom, and everybody else.
Jell is only for the smooth finish coat. Looks pretty but not very strong..
You are lucky that she is even giving it back I do not know for sure but I feel safe saying that your mother did not give you that phone to play I spy with so since you do not know what or how to use the phone why should you have one?
Personally, I know this is bad parenting, but I would have laughed my butt off! I mean come on, that's funny!I would have helped you tape it.But I mean, she needs to think of her son, who knows if their having sex or something up there? She needs to pay more attention to her horny son.
