Factory re manufactured transmissions carry good warranties, but if you install it yourself, they reduce the warranty to only 1 year or 12,000 miles, check there website, they require you to have it professionally installed to get the full factory warranty!
any transmission shop will have a rebuilt tranny to fit that one,you,d be a lot better off getting a rebuilt one,for it because if you try and rebuild it and it doesnt work your out all that money ,the reapir books you can buy at any advance auto parts ,they have a haynes repair manual just on automatic transmissions,or manuals its going to cost you about 800-1000 bucks for one if you buy it and install it your self,good luck.
