Iron Man, but it's no easy feat. Ant-Man is more deadly than he is powerful when it comes to tech, with his ability to summon any breed of ants. But still Tony's smart. Strategically, he's got the edge on Scott. And in terms of man power and unpredictability, Iron Man's easily got the better tech.
but Ant-man can shrink and get in Iron Man's suit and destroy from within. or get huge and stomp him.
