so far our rules are:1. don't tell anybody about the fight club (although as leader, i can break this rule)2. no strikes to the head3. no glovesi wanted to say yes gloves and no strikes to torso as well but my friend said thatll make it suck. we are looking for a combination of fun and safety.
Resin casting generates some heat during flash over. Hopefully the plastic mold will with stand the heat generated. Make sure the mold is covered with mold release. You can use one of the anti stick cooking sprays as a mold release. There should be no problem if you use the release.
We've used track screen and staples. Much prefer the staples. Takes 2 just to keep screen taught. Also prefer fiberglass to metal. Both have their negatives tho. Metal gets dirtier looking or rusty or something but maintains its shape even when pushed a little. Fiberglass, when pushed, is not as resilient.
