They no longer make a Matte palette. Anyway I would def get the warm palette you will get the most use out of that one by far almost half the shades are matte (no shine or shimmer which is a must have for day wear). As a second palette I would likely the metal mania, it's not as over the top as the regular 88 palette or the shimmer palette but it still gives you a lot of colour choices.

Get the metal mania and makeup palette. The makeup palette has mostly matte colors (no shimmer at all) but also has some satin colors in it (a little bit of shimmer, but not a lot). The metal mania palette's colors are all shimmery and neutral colors that you can wear everyday, and the makeup palette has colors that you can wear everyday and crazy colors that you are only going to use sometimes.
