It‘s a personal opinion people so no one go off on a rant pleas!! I personally like Iron Maiden more. But I will admit Idk if I‘d think that w/o Bruce Dickinson. Iron Maiden is still great no matter who‘s singing but I don‘t really think the other singer‘s voice flowed as well. which band do you think has a better guitarist?
I prefer Iron Maiden and I think Adrian Smith and Dave Murray are much better guitarists than Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield. Janick is mediocre.
Maiden, hands down. Better writers, better musicians, and better showmen as well. I think all three of their major vocalists were very good. Blaze was their low point, but that was largely due in part to their writing simply not being that great. Metallica had some good releases back in the day, but they lost steam quickly.
