A recent study has shown that the most effective way for most firms to improve worker productivity is to increase expenditures on machinery and equipment.true?
More modern equipment would improve productivity but I'm not sure if it's the best way. Companies that provide keep fit equipment or even a Wii have found that workers work better as using the equipment during their breaks gives them more 'get up and go'.
Not true. Machinery and equipment does not make anyone more productive. Money, status, a title, perks - are human worker motivators. Machine(s) reduces the need for staff, and are more suited for repetitive work. Peace.
