I have read how you can help prevent mould by putting a cup of bleach in an empty wash cycle, but can u also use quot;dishquot;washer cleaner. You know the one they advertise that cleans all the muck out of dishwasher?
No.. Use some bleach on a damp cloth to wipe it off and keep it dry in future - wipe after every wash.
Actually, you can prevent the rubber from molding in a front-loader just by leaving the door open with the machine is not in use. That's all it takes. Once the rubber has begun to rot, tho, nothing will fix that. You'll need to replace the seal. Good luck. -
