I used to have a dog that was part chihuahua so what you do is you make sure you get her as try as possible by using a towel and then you wrap her up in a warm blanket really snugly and cuddle with her and then she will be all better!
She's just cold. Chihuahuas have very thin skin and don't have a lot of fat. It just takes her longer to get warm again. Don't warm her up too fast, because this could shock her system. Just keep her in the blanket and hold her. She'll warm up eventually.
