Answer:

Get some heavy shades, like black out shades and make sure they are closedAlso use fans to move the air aroundCeiling fans are great for thatIf you can not have ceiling fans just a box fan or rotating fan works tooIf you have ceiling fans keep them running all the time.
The biggest heat loss is thru the glassMake sure you keep your drapes or window coverings closedAlso check your door to make sure there aren't huge gaps that allow the cool air out and the hot air inIf there is let the mgmt know, or weather striping isn't that expensive at your local h/i storeTry to not go in and out the door allowing the sameI would also run ceiling fans or room fans to help circulate the airIf it cools off at night, open the windowsI also put a fan in the window, first directed out to pull the hot air out, the turned to pull the cooler air inIts just plain hotGood luck in staying cool! Its just hotThats about all you can do.
Try including an apple with every meal, and drink plenty of pure water (not soda, not tea) between mealsAlso try taking a multi-enzyme 15-30 minutes before each meal to make sure it digests well Go for a nice 15-20 minute walk after dinner to get things movingGet up 15-20 minutes early, include some prunes in your morning meal, go for a walk, and then finish getting readyHopefully the poop will be ready to go, with plenty of soluble and some insoluble fiber (preferably from non-starchy veggies and fruits) and your own walking to shift it forward and outward You might also see if a chiropractor can locate any spine problems that connect to your intestinesEven a slight, non-painful compression could compromise signals between your bowel and your intestines.
