He's an amazing guy, but I'm really struggling with this problem. He wears a diaper during the day just in case, but when we make love we run into problems. I hesitate to say anything so I won't hurt his feelings, but twice now he's soiled our bed during the act. Is there anything he can do to help this? And is there a sensitive way I can bring it up? Please help!
Same reg - paragraph 2.8.4 Gives Commanders authority to require them locally for safety reasons - like the flightline at night. In Oman we had to wear them anywhere on base after dark regardless of what we were doing.
Yes, ANY smoke can set off a SMOKE detector. I have trouble boiling water in the kitchen without setting off the smoke detector in the living room. I am about ready to try replacing the detectors throughout the home. They are relatively old anyway.
The answers given by Yearsmith and Neil are perfectly correct but I suspect that a summary is needed. Buildings and clusters of buildings can be divided into zones for the purposes of fire detection, prevention and control. In some cases, the rule is to evacuate everyone when a flame, smoke or over-temperature detector is triggered but in other cases, only the people in at risk zones are evacuated. When a building in on fire, you do not want to provide more oxygen to the fire. This is why the AHUs are shut-down when a fire is suspected or confirmed. Suppose that a windowless room is used to store photocopy paper and that the room is air-conditioned. If a fire starts, and the air-conditioning is shut-down, the smoke will stay in the room and will smother the fire. Modern buildings are required to have fire resistant fire escape routes, including stair-wells. When a fire starts in an office and produces a lot of smoke, it is necessary to pressurise the stair-well so as to stop the smoke from entering the stair-well. If the fire causes the air pressure on the floor to rise to a high level, the air pressure in the stair-well, has to be even higher to push the smoke back into the floor, thus leaving the stair-well free of smoke. For these reasons, the fire alarm system is inter-locked with the AHUs. When a fire is detected, it is essential that the supply of oxygen to the area of the fire is automatically stopped, and so that the stair-well pressurisation fans, automatically start.
