Question:

my car is leaking oil from the transmission why?

why mi my car is leaking oil from the transmission is that any sing that my transmission is almost dead or somethig laike that

Answer:

Engine oil? if it's that its most likely your rear main seal if it's your transmission oil then it could be a lot of things check your seals mainly and make sure you keep fluid in there!!!
No. It means either your plug is out (not likely) or one of the seals is leaking (likely). If the car drives OK, just keep an eye on your fluid level - and maybe park over some cardboard.
Transmissions leak oil from seals, gaskets and hoses. If the vehicle shifts fine with the fluid is at the correct level, then maybe it is something simple. You may want to get a estimate from a transmission repair shop. If it is a pan gasketit should be a basic Filter and fluid service with a new pan gasket. Around $100, but always get a written estimate. A dead transmission won't shift properly and has internal noises and grinding sounds. Or just wont go into the different gears. Good Luck. You can always try a some SEAL FIX ALL in a Can! Use to be TRANSFUSION.it is a seal enhancer.it sometimes last for awhile. LOL The main thing is keep the fluid level correct in the car or damage with occur.
