Question:

My dryer won't start?

Ok, my dryer won't start at all, and here is what I have checked so far:There is power at the outlet, I have 220 on both vertical terminals, and 110 between each and the neutralThere is continuity at the door switch ( I have taken the top off and check while pressing the switch)The wiring looks ok internally, and I have tested continuity on a thing mounted over the heating coils, and a ceramic thing behind the timer knob.I have a maytag performa electric dryerSo far I have only removed the top panel, I haven't taken out the drum or front panel yetCan you help, 10 point if I can fix it or find out whats wrong.

Answer:

He feels he was weaned too young and needed more time with mamaIt is ok to let him do this for a lifetime if it comforts himGive him a soft fluffy sweater or chenille cloth(has little knobs of fabric) and let him comfort himselfOr a soft stuffed animal I used to have a slipper that was a silky longhair cat and kittens loved it as a mom substituteBetter to substitute the cloth than his stomach so it doesn't get sore.
You have done VERY well! Kudos Yes on the belt safety if there is one, but there may also be another high limit or fusestat (one time failure, not reset-able, that shuts it down) on the blower housing besides the limit on the element That latter is my best guessCould be a bad timer or start switch, button But you likely will have to remove the front panel Good Luck.
my cat does this toowhenever i take a look at to fall asleep, she jumps into mattress and begins sucking at the blanket, it is so demanding! she does it to the whole thing even though, even after it is been washedso now, whilst she begins doing it, i faucet her at the head or simply positioned my hand among her mouth and the blanket so she cannot do itit is labored lovely good, now after a pair mins of making an attempt she simply offers up and is going to sleepwell good fortune!
