my friend has hernia,whats the cause?what is the best medication?
A while ago I was very disturbed by pain in the back, I took exams and found I had hernia. They won't go for surgery unless it's very serious, otherwise there is no treatment. Fortunately, the symptoms have disappeared ever since.
A hernia is a tear in the muscle wll of the abdomen, causing part of the bowel to bulge through. I did mine doing stupid weight leg press at the gym. It won't get better on its own, and the only fix is surgery. I was in overnight and back at work in 2 days.

hernias are usually caused from too much heavy lifting and straining your body they can be very painful surgery can be done to sew up the inner lining where the hernia is but if you continue to do the same things it will eventually rip out again once the lining has become weak it will always be weak and you have to be very careful what you do i have had this surgery but several yrs after i did too much on my job and now it is back just one of those things that you have to learn to live with have a good day
