where can i get a liyyle patch of carpet online. for cheap. 5 by 2 inches preferacly so i can cut it into theright shape.
you are going to have to do some leg work for this one. You will never match it on line, go to some carpet stores.
put it back into the habitrail! now go to the carpet store and go into the back. Look for a large dumpster full of carpet peices and cut off the one thats closest to yours and get some Elmers white glue to hold it in place and put a weight on it till it's dry. no one will ever know! (unless your hampster's a snitch too!)

You will never find an exact match, but you may be able to find something close enough. Every time a new carpet role is made it is a different color slightly. This is called the dye lot. True color is impossible to photograph, thus the futility of your on line search for a little piece of carpet. You may also take a piece from a closet or other normally unseen area to patch the carpet. Hot glue works very well for a carpet patch. Take care.
