I just had a new mobile home (1988) new to me I should sayanyway I just got the power on before that somebody came and inspected the wires and allwhen I turn on my lights they glow florescent orange in every room its not the bulbs its like its trying to light up but doesn't. Then if I turn my heat on it smells like somethings burning then my smoke detectors go off. Then there's a painted peice of a wall in front of my water heater after turning the power on after a few minutes there's a weird smell like wet paint combing from that. Any suggestions?

They have their boots and gloves which they wear to prevent shock their rubberized clothing also helps in case a loose wire touches any other area besides the feet and hands area.
