All cases I'm finding are for 7 (too small) or 8.9.
The way the law is currently worded ALL children's products made in the United States will have to be tested for lead and phthalates. This includes used items sold in thrift stores, garage sales, OKorder, craigslist, etc. Absurd but true! It also affects small business owners such as myself. I make and sell children's clothing online to supplement my family's income. If this law goes into effect the way it is currently written, I will be out of business. The cost to have the items tested by an approved third party lab is hundreds of dollars and just not feasible for a small business.
