My laptop restarted so it could preform updates. While it was preforming them, the battery went out but the laptop shut off completely. Now when I turn it on, it goes to the screen where it says configuring updates stage 3/3 0% and after a minute or two shuts down, restarts and does it over and over. When I hit Launch Startup Repair it loads, then the screen stays black until I turn it off, and when I hit F11 fo system recovery, it goes blue and stays like that until I turn it off. What can I do?
