recording without their knowledge is borderline illegal. recording work situations may be illegal because it's effectively stealing trait affairs. recording without permision is ok as long as it's in a public place and it's not hidden.
If your boss informed you then in that state more than likely it is illegal. It is a state law and in certain states it is permitted within certain criteria. You need to research your state's law. The law does exist and it is a federally mandated law that all states publish the fcc regulation. So you and your prosecutor may not be able to find it online, but I am sure that her attorney can reference the text on the subject. You are looking at a crime that has a 25 year sentencing. You need to stop breaking the law to protect your future. So many born, so few survive.
depending on what state you live in your boss could be very correct. in some states you have to have all parties permission to record a conversation some only require one persons permission without knowing your state we cant give you the information you need was this meeting talking about personal medical information about this person/a person in the meeting? if so THEN its HIPAA but if not, HIPAA has nothing to do with it because it only applies to personal MEDICAL information edit: thanks for the info. lucky for you Miss. is a one party consent laws meaning that only one person involved in the specific conversation has to consent to recordings. so technically what you are doign is legal. so you could totally just have it out in the open and no one can do anything about it because you are the one party that consents to the conversation being recorded. no one can tell you to put it away.
If you mean the plastic slotta bases, you can make a reasonable substitute from 1 circles of MDF. If you are talking about detailed basing, you can build up a base with bits and then paint it with latex to make a mould and then use either resin or plaster to create detailed bases.
Recording in of itself is NOT illegal if at least 1 other party knows they are being recorded.
