my seat belts are locked?

I went over a speed bump in my 2007 Pontiac G6 - my airbag came out and the seat belts locked. Is there any way that I could fix the seatbelts?

if the fire is because of electric fault, then the most important thing to be remembered is DO NOT USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH IT !! water has salts that conduct electricity and therefore does not extinguish the fire.
