had sex with my wife for the first time and she was riding me and when she came it was like gallons of water came out of her. I thought she was peeing on me or something. She was embarrased as hell and said it happens sometimes, usually when she is on E. But she is not on anything and like every other time we do it I have to flip my mattress over. I think I am going to have to get rubber sheets. Does this happen to anyone else?
Assuming you don't smell actual smoke (try that), likely the battery/batteries, or the unit is a few years old and failing, or defective Chinese recycledshowershoes junk. I'd replace it - with two new units. Redundancy in safety systems is a good thing. If one gets weird - how's the other one? Meanwhile - if it's functioning properly, and there's enough smoke/heat, it wouldn't stop beeping. So I'd take out the batteries, go to bed, do the foregoing tomorrow.
What to do? Contact management. Maybe someone changed the times on the sprinkler or there is a problem.
There are a couple of things you can do: 1. Ask them to reduce the water pressure to the sprinklers. This can be done by simply asking someone to turn the shut off valve a bit. Before doing this take photos or video using your cell phone of the mess the water is causing by the doors. If they laugh at your request to reduce the water pressure to the sprinklers show them the photos. You will have the last laugh. 2. If you think they are watering too often, contact your municipal city all and ask what the watering restrictions are. You can also do this by going on-line. Most municipalities limit outdoor watering in the summer to certain days and times. If the landlord is violating the bylaw then submit a complaint. Just don't draw attention to yourself.
