When I plug in my xbox that wire with the box on it has a red light instead of a green and ocassionally it turns yellow and my xbox wont turn on how do I fix this
lol its not the red ring of death as the first answer said and even if it was that CAN be fixed.its obviously something wrong with the adapter (the box with the wire on it lol) and not the xbox itself so if your xbox is still under warranty then you can just send it back to get fixed.if not then you may need to invest in a new adapter/power cable
Don't listen to her! You can fix it. If that's the case unglug the power and the Xbox360. Try again! If not then yes your screwed.
I'd suggest trying a different outlet. Yellow isnfine cuz when mine is off its yellow. It should be green when you turn it on. If it's still red I'd say give xbox a call or get a new cable. Xbox helps but not that much but u can try
Disconnect each and everything except for the wires behind television and likewise get rid of xbox 360 confusing force and insert back connect each and everything back in position. the project must be fastened If difficulty nonetheless keeps happening then its an illustration of having a clean ability adapter(cable container) For any more desirable questions about xbox 360 be at liberty to ask
