I suggest buying a large bottle of liquid soap and pour it over each other rather than fill the tub. It will be less expensive and potentially more fun!
Maybe try vegetable oil instead of lube? I might suggest a kiddie pool too, being someone has to clean this up when you've had your fun. Rubber gloves? No, who wants to be touched with those? Gas masks? I hope you are not serious. Any kissing in the slippery tub of lube? A bottle of baby oil a shower curtain to protect the floor worked well for me.

Be very careful about having sex in a bathtub. Its just not a good idea for women. She could very easily get an infection. I'd say, smear the walls with lube if you must and do it in the shower standing up. Less can happen to her that way since gravity is in play.
