What is the huge machine that they use to load and/or dirt when digging huge projects. It has wheels that are over 4 feet tall. It's sole purpose is to transport the excavated dirt/rocks. Your help is appreciated.

There are many amchines that do that, most with wheels well in excess of 4 feet diameter. I know for a fact that Volvo make some large machines, also Caterpillar, and probably JCB. Try looking on their websites
They are usually called Haul Trucks. Typical capacity is 150 - 350 tons.
