Racing question- What are they calling for the weather to be like in Daytona for the duels and the 500?
i found YA through my email alerts. i twice just deleted them, but then the third time i got it, i was just board, so i just clicked on it. i just set up my account, and then i've been on here ever since. my first site i went to was the entertainment / movies / tv section. a few days later i just bought the Nascar 2005 Chase for the cup for my PS2. i had so much fun with it, i came to the Nascar YA section and explained about how much fun i had with the video game with you all, and you all gave me really good responses. even thought it wasn't a question or an answer. many of you gave your positive responses, and that made my day. yes this is addicting. for me you become friends with people from far away that you don't even know. you find that there are people on here that are just like you, and share and have the same interests that you have. here are the YA's sections you might find me in: -Nascar (mostly here) -Food / fastfood / drinks / recipes (when i'm hungry i'll be here) -entertainment / tv / movies / jokes -news / current events
I stumbled across it while doing some Nascar history research for a children's book I was writing. The first question I ever answered was posted by Jozi. (Jozi I miss your sarcasm! Wish we could get one of your great questions again). I got hooked by answering questions. Got to know alot of great people on hereand stuck around. To me some days it is as addictive.some days it is not. I guess it depends on the questions that are posted. If they are interesting q's I stick around. If not then I move on to some of the other web sites that I frequent. I am not really into posting questions any more.they all get deleted or reportedso I think I am done with trying to post questions at least for awhile. Which stinks because I love sharing the great history of this sport. But it is what it is.I try to make the most of it every day. Just an opinion as always.
My daughter showed it to me in 2007 and I asked a few questions regarding taxes I guess.but then when they killed Eight Belles for breaking his leg I was so upset and asked a question regarding that. Afterwords I found NASCAR I think about this time a year ago.and been here ever since. Yes it is addicting. I can only be on the internet for a few minutes and lunch time when I am working (like now) but its the first thing I do when I sit down at my desk. See what good questions were asked.if I can answer any in the few minutes that I have and then I shut down and get to work til lunch time. I love answers. The weather?? Yes it is calling for some.
