Need a list of fiber and whole grain foods to help me stay full on my diet?

I just recently started a 1200 calorie diet and I am noticing the the foods I am eating are not satisfying my hunger AT ALLMy stomach still feels emptyIs there anyone who can suggest some things for me to eat that are low in calories and high in fiberOr maybe something i can add to each meal that helps me feel fuller longer.

I don't have a natural remedy per se, however I recently got an oddly similar shock with my Blood Pressure Cholesterol ReadingsAt 29 y.o 5'11 and only 75kg I was shockedThe Drsuggested I try quitting smoking (for blood pressure) and try to relax, which i've done For the Cholesterol he told me i simply need to eat more 'whole foods', Nuts, Seeds, LegumesHigh fibre foodsHe also advised me to eat Avocado at breakfast, as it has only Mono-unsaturated fats, which are known to actively reduce cholesterolHe also told me to up my exercise regime which i have, It is good to see you have done the sameAt the end of the day you may need to take medication short term to help allieviate any major threats, just to be safeI didn't do that myself, as I was not advised toJust make sure you follow you instincts and keep getting checked up, and listen to your doctor, life is importantIf you feel like you are getting better and your index reduces, then keep at itOtherwise Meds it isBut Stay Healthy!! ~Jack
