need help for safety and non safety issues?

hi i am working on guarding the mechane and for the material i use for guarding is Sheet metal which is 1/8 inch thick. actually i having trouble with the safety issues.i need help by using this material what kind of safety or non safety issues we can do face it?thanks

one called the Fire Hydrant is good. you basically get on all fours and do reps lifting your leg out to the side (bent). :) you will really feel that on your outer thighs. then you can lift your leg behind you in that position to tone your butt too. lunges are always great and using a step is even better inner thighs are a little harder to work. i would suggest getting a thigh master and doing lots of reps with that. (you can find them on the net for cheap) just a few ideas off the top of my head.. hope it helps
First, take off the castellated nut and cotter key. They you whack the knuckle really hard on the side (don't hit the stud). This temporarily deforms the knuckle to allow the tapered pin to pop out in the direction of the missing ball joint. Don't worry, you can't hit it hard enough to break it. I use a small sledge hammer for this. There is also a special tool for removing tie rod ends that might work if you didn't whack the knuckle hard enough on the side.
