I knit.allot and have been thinking for a while about spinning my own yarnbut I need to know some basic stuff.how expensive is a wheel? also is it simple to pick up? Does it take a long time? Thanks so much! (if you're experienced with this, any more information on the subject would be welcomed!)
Wheels are expensive-i have S17 Louet-what i would suggest is find a yarn shop and see if they teach spinning classes-they will have wheels to try and learn on-i spin alpaca as my sister owns them and i also pick and card my own fleece-cost a lot to get into-
