The parts that sit under the screws on the neck are stuck, they wont budge at all and i need to change a string, is there a way to fix this without having to take my guitar to a repair shop?

It's been a cold day today and we started a fire. My cats love laying in front of the fire so we put a blanket near the fire so they can lay on it. Two of my cats curled up together on it and they were facing each other and had their paws around each other like they were hugging, it was so cute! Uh something else, not really warm and fuzzy but hopefully something that will give you a giggle. My brother and I were doing some xmas shopping today and there was a bin of stuffed pillow animals. My brother grabbed Nemo from the movie Finding Nemo. He yelled out HEY LOOK I FOUND NEMO. He started chasing me down the store yelling I FOUND NEMO. Hope you feel better soon!
