ok i have a cement floor in my room cuz im in the basement. i really dont want it so what can i put there? i was thinking carpet but it sounds way to hard to put carpet on cement. in my top floor theres this stuff my ma put where it looks like hardwood but it is plastic and its just like double sided tape on it. should i do this?
it's really not hard to put carpet onto cement, most council houses have cement bottom floors.
