Question:

need to lose weight!!!!?

I am 45 years old.5'2.and 210 lbs.my problem is am a picky eater.don't eat meats.not a rice,pasta or bread lover.I like veggies,tuna,peanuts,almonds,low fat cheese.use splenda on my coffee.(am not diabetic) and still can't lose weight like i would love to.do walk everyday to work and am busy around the house.what can i do ? any suggestions or any good diet
