My husband and I are working on getting Command Sponsorship so I can go live with him in South Korea, but I need to obtain an A3-SOFA visa before I go over there. Our goal is to have me over there before Christmas, and I'm going in on Tuesday to apply for a passport, but how do I obtain the A3-SOFA visa? Please help!
