Hi,I damaged my two lower back spine discs (they bulged). Looking for a good specialized office chair outlets in dublin, pleasanton and livermore (California, East Bay) area. Anybody has any ideas? Also any suggestions about type of chair? There are lot of online stores but without trying it is difficult to choose. I am a computer guy.Thanksbsk.
You might be better off getting a lumbar support pillow that works on any chair (this way you can put it in your car, take it with you to the office and use at home as needed). As for chairs, Office Masters are standard and have great lumbar support and are fully ergonomically adjustable. Wherever you work, see if they have an Ergonomics Program (call your H.R. dept) and if they do, request an immediate Ergonomic Evaluation. Talk to your physical therapist (or Dr) for actually recommendations for equipment, though... Hope this helps... feel better soon... Z
it should be in the middle of your back sit down and sit up straight , and then go down to under your rib cage, that is where your lumbar region is.,
