im planning on purchasing yarn online but im a little confused by the descriptions on themi've noticed that the amount of yarn in one skein is sometimes given in terms of ombres and solids (in some cases when the skein is multicolored it's in flecks) and the amount differswhat do these two terms actually refer to and which one tells me the exact amount of yarn in a skein?
