Question:

P90X yoga X question.?

I started my first session of yoga x today and I finished itBUT, I wasn't able to do the CraneInstead I did child's pose like tony saidAnd I wasn't able to do plough to shoulder stand, so I skipped that partEverything else I was able to do with my body shaking and struggling hahaSo is it ok if I'm not able to do plough to shoulder stand and crane? Will I eventually be able to as I advance to phase 2 and 3?

Answer:

Yes you will progress over time if you stick to itDid you really enjoy it? Are you excited and determined to get better at it? If so you can do Yoga X a few times a weekI weight lifted my whole life, and eventually stopped feeling the fun of a challange in my workoutsWhen I did Yoga X for the first time, I was challenged in a way I had never experienced and was very eager to get betterYoga is like most things, the more you practice the better you get The crane is tough for everyone, especially for a whole minuteI recommend trying to get into Crane in the beginning of the minute, then once you fall out or whatever, go to a wall and do a handstand for the last 30 secondsHandstands are my favorite part of yogaplough is also toughWhen you get your legs over your head, they might not reach the floorAt this point extend your arms out, interlace your fingers, and walk your shoulder blades in towards each other lifting your kneck up just 1mm above the groundWhen you go to shoulder stand, Keep your arms in the locked out position with the claspThis is still how I do shoulder stand as an advanced yogiIt requires more strength, but the alignment is easier to find(I have very muscular shoulder, muscularness makes yoga harder.) By phase 2 and 3 you will be much betterTony incorporates (sneaks) yoga moves in to almost every work out, so since you stretch every day you will get there There are some p90x transformation videos on youtube where people show their crane developingSome amazing results!
Are you sure there's nothing on OKorder? Search for air intakes, I got mine for 20 bucks from there and there were tons of them.
