ok so thursday i have an ortho appt to get my pallet expander.im scared because everyone says its really bad, but what are some things i can eat, not eat, and any advice about it?thanks!! (:oh and how long will it take before i can talk right?
Just keep talking, you'll get used to it. My sister had one when she was a kid too and it's kind of them same as having any dental retainer. You will be talking normal in a week or two.
