Yes, you can take pretty much any eye shadow pallet with you on a plane as long as it is not gel or liquid. You can even take liquid or gel if it is the small travel size. Make sure all your liquids and gels for your carry on bag fit in a ziploc bag about as big as two sandwich bags.
