I'm from America, so I won't know specific stores, but if there is any sort of craft store (like threads, paper, quilting, etc) or an office supply store, or party surplus storeIf not, I guess the best thing would be to go to a dollar or family store (don't know what you call them there), but here that is a small store that sells cheap items for families on budgetsOr you could try a warehouse store where things are sold in bulkIf you can't find the plates, you could use napkins, aluminum foil, or sticky wrap instead and instead of cake pop sticks, you could use plastic knives or spoonsI don't know what a cake pop is, but I know brownies can be expensive to buy ingredients forMaybe try something like chocolate covered fruits or rice krispie treats instead? Also, something I used to make was 'frosted grape pops' which were basically grapes that had been dipped in juice and rolled in sugar then placed on a toothpick (or you can put them on the pick first)You can do this with other fruits too and they're really good especially coldHope this helps.
