I can't exactly asnwer your question but, if i import same material into my country from abroad the price (ex-yard) would be: IF: p=price of copper a =percentage of Copper weigth in wire with enamel. b =LME price of copper c = discount rate for wire being scrap material formula would be: (b*(a/100))-c normally c ranges from $60/Ton to $140/Ton so if buyer get this price then you can calculate using backward method that at how much you can sell.
