Question:

Plateau and toning down?

I am doing a pageant in October for the first timeI am a 19year old girlMy goal isn't necessarily to lose weight but to get rid of my tummy and tone the rest of my bodyI was running 30min every day in the park but since I've hit my plateau I've been doing 1hr which is 4milesI always drink protein afterI have not necessarily changed my diet except for making better choices once in a while, I’ve always ate healthyI am counting my calories now thoughMy issue is that my calves are becoming too muscularWhat can I do to tone down my calves but still burn off the fat on my thighs and tummy? The other problem is that I've also stopped losing weight, and I'm not basing it off a scaleWhat can I do to continue losing my tummy? Only healthy advice please and only things I can do at home or the gym without buying stuffAlso, I can't swim so that isn't an option for meThank you all in advance.

Answer:

well first make sure non of the wires are exposed might cause a short while they are wetand most importantly remember there's two types of that forms, 1 the one u use on doors and walls it don't expand much (so the frames won't go outta shape) and the other one expands way beyondso use the one u use for doors and windows other wise the dry wall will look bloated, o and don't get em in you hands mad hard to take them off
Dont do itIf you have a fire you are in big troubleGo to your local hardwae store and ask about blow in insulation, most have it, and the machine to blow it inIt will cost less and do what you want without the danger of a very hot and uncontrolable fireAlso your insurance company may deny you, as what you want to do is not an acceptable or safe practice.
Any kind of spray insulation is very hard on your lungs and can cause serious damageI would do some checking around about the product you are about to useso you know how to protect your self and the other people in your building from getting sickRunning a humidifier will help your apartment feel warmer due to the increased humidity.
