I've been taking those good tasting chewable fiber tabletsWhat else has fiber in it? And what other things can I do to feel full or just not want to eat, haha? There are only two ways insulation could be blown out of your ducts 1) if it were sucked in from the attic itself, which could only happen if the return air was blocked, making a low pressure and then the duct would have to have a hole in it2) if the insulation on the inside of the system were deteriorated - this would require that you have insulated plenums (boxes) and/or insulated ducting, like the plastic tubes or made up boxes The two obvious responses are 1) Make sure it really is insulation - collect it and put it on white paper and look carefully as to color and other appearance - mold? 2) Get a different air conditioning guy or house inspection service (or call the city code office) to look at it.
